Return & Exchange Policy – Dear Kids
At Dear Kids, we care about your shopping experience. We accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.
✅ We Accept Returns For:
Damaged or Defective Items
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory (from the moment the parcel is opened, unedited and clear)
Size Mismatch
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:
Change of mind or style preference
Color differences due to lighting/screen variations
Products returned without original packaging or tags
🔁 Exchange / Replacement Process:
Damaged Product: Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Size Mismatch: We will arrange for a size exchange (if available) or provide a return and store credit.
📦 Return courier charges for size mismatch may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
📦 How to Request a Return/Exchange
Contact our support via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and confirm if it’s eligible.
If approved, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup (wherever possible) or ask you to courier the item back.
Once received and inspected, we’ll initiate your exchange or refund (if applicable).
